Via its Research Group and the Lab Tours I40, the VDMA Forum Industrie 4.0 is building a network between companies in mechanical engineering and the innovation centers of German research institutes. The “Industrie 4.0 Research at German Research Institutes” compilation provides assistance in this, offering an overview of the German research landscape. In it, more than 50 universities and institutes report on their current projects.
